Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is the gateway to eastern Germany and western Poland: Dresden, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Poznań or the Baltic coast are two to three hours away by road, yet often poorly connected by rail from the airport itself. A private long-distance transfer picks you up at the terminal and takes you straight to your hotel, company, cruise terminal or front door – no changes, luggage in the vehicle, fixed price before booking. Each destination below has its own page with route, travel time and practical tips.
In the booking form, enter BER as the pick-up point and your exact destination address – a hotel, company, port or private address anywhere in Germany or Poland.
You see the available vehicle classes with fixed prices, from saloon car to minibus for 19 passengers. The price covers the whole vehicle, not each passenger.
The pick-up then follows your actual landing time. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign; the meeting point is in your confirmation.
No changes, no stations, no carrying luggage. The return trip to BER is booked the same way as a separate ride.
From BER, nearly every rail journey to another city starts with a trip into central Berlin and at least one change with luggage. For groups, families, cruise passengers with heavy bags or business travellers with a fixed appointment, a private transfer is usually easier to plan: one booking, one price, one vehicle. For destinations without a direct ICE connection – Bad Saarow, the Spreewald, Bernburg, Warnemünde – it is often the only way to arrive without several changes.
Poznań and Szczecin are closer to BER than to any comparable airport in Poland. The transfer crosses the border on the motorway; carry a valid passport or ID card, as checks are possible. All details are on the Poland transfer page.
