From BER directly to Jena: the private transfer takes you without changes to the university, research institute, company or hotel in the Saale valley. From BER the route follows the Berlin ring road (A10) to the Potsdam junction and then the A9 towards Munich as far as the Hermsdorf interchange, where you switch to the A4 towards Jena. Allow about 2.5 hours for roughly 250 kilometres. The A9 is busy during school holidays.
