Where do I find my driver?
Your driver welcomes you with a name sign showing your first and last name. At the airport, this is usually right at the arrivals exit, after passport control and baggage claim. The exact meeting point and the phone number to coordinate the pick-up are in your booking confirmation (voucher). Pick-ups at BER include up to 60 minutes of waiting time from the actual arrival. At railway stations it is 30 minutes, at hotels and other city addresses 20 minutes from the booked pick-up time. The conditions shown during booking apply. Which payment methods are available?
You pay online by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Cash payment to the driver is not available for the standard transfer. On request you receive an invoice.
Which areas do you serve (Berlin, Potsdam, Brandenburg)?

What if my flight is delayed?
Enter your flight number when booking - the flight is monitored and the pick-up follows your actual arrival. Up to 60 minutes of waiting time at BER are included in the fixed price. The conditions shown during booking apply.
