From BER directly to Leipzig – to the trade fair, your hotel on Augustusplatz or your home. The private transfer goes from the arrivals hall to your door without changes, you know the fixed price before booking and your driver waits at the terminal with a name sign. For trade fair visitors, concert-goers and teams with luggage it is the predictable alternative to train and changes.
From BER the route follows the southern Berlin ring road (A10) to the Potsdam junction and the A9 towards Munich. At the Schkeuditz interchange you switch to the A14 and enter Leipzig from the north – the exhibition grounds are right at this entrance. Allow about two hours for roughly 190 kilometres in normal traffic. During trade fairs and school holidays the A9 is busier.
Travel times are estimates for normal traffic. For the return trip to BER, allow extra time for congestion, check-in and security.
Leipzig is the largest city in Saxony and a hub for trade fairs, music and industry. The Leipzig Trade Fair with its Book Fair and industry shows, the Gewandhaus concert hall, St. Thomas Church with its Bach tradition and the Monument to the Battle of the Nations attract visitors from all over the world. The BMW and Porsche plants in the north of the city and Leipzig University add many business trips.

Leipzig is quick to reach by ICE from Berlin Central Station – but from BER you first have to travel into the city and change there with your luggage. For trade fair teams, families and groups, the door-to-door private transfer is usually more comfortable and easier to plan.
Which option is cheaper depends on the number of passengers, vehicle class and time of travel. Several travellers share one vehicle price – check the actual total directly in the booking form.
Straight from the flight to the Leipzig Trade Fair, your conference hotel or a company meeting – with sample cases, equipment and a fixed price for your expense report.
For Gewandhaus audiences, weekend trips and tour groups of up to 19: arrive together, luggage stays in the vehicle.
The transfer can be booked in both directions: from BER to Leipzig and from Leipzig back to the airport. Simply enter your pick-up and drop-off address in the booking form – hotel, company, trade fair or apartment. Outbound and return are booked as two separate rides.
Enter your flight number when booking so the pick-up follows your actual landing time. The exact meeting point is in your booking confirmation; the driver usually waits with a name sign in the arrivals hall. The included waiting time follows the conditions shown at booking.
