04How long is the ride from Berlin-Mitte to BER?

Pure travel time from Berlin-Mitte to BER on a clear road is between 30 and 45 minutes. The route runs via the A100 city motorway onto the A113 towards Schönefeld. 05How early do I need to leave?

For intra-European flights you should be at the terminal 2 hours before departure, for intercontinental flights 3 hours before. Allow for:

Walk to the gate: 10-15 minutes

For a flight at 10 a.m. book pickup in Berlin-Mitte around 7 a.m., for a long-haul flight at 10 a.m. correspondingly 6 a.m.

06How do I book the airport taxi in Berlin-Mitte?

Booking runs in three steps:

Enter pickup address: hotel, office or private address in Berlin-Mitte, from Alexanderplatz to Chausseestraße, from Gendarmenmarkt to Museum Island.

Choose date, time and vehicle: select passenger count, suitcase count and preferred class.

Get confirmation: instant confirmation email with licence plate and driver contact details.

For flight delays, pickup time adjusts automatically. Your driver tracks flight status and arrives accordingly later.

Suitcase capacity depends on vehicle:

Minivan 4pax: 4 suitcases

Minibus 7pax: 7 suitcases

Minibus 19pax: 19 suitcases

Hand luggage on top. For more or bulkier luggage just pick the next-larger vehicle.

08Taxi with child seat from Berlin-Mitte to BER

Child seats can be added at booking. Three options available:

Infant carrier: for children up to 13 kg (approx. 0-15 months)

Toddler seat: for children 9-18 kg (approx. 9 months to 4 years)

Booster seat: for children 15-36 kg (approx. 3-12 years)

State the child's age and weight at booking. Without a proper child seat the driver may refuse the ride for safety reasons.

Payment is online upfront via VISA, MasterCard, Google Pay or Apple Pay. For Premium and Minibus vehicles, depending on route, a down payment with the rest paid to the driver also works, which you'll see during booking. No cash required, no hidden costs.
