Meeting point at BER airport

The exact meeting point is shown in your booking confirmation. If a Meet-and-Greet pick-up is included, your driver may welcome you there with a name sign. Meeting Point 3 in front of Terminal 1 is frequently used. Here is how to find it in four steps.

Follow the signs

After collecting your luggage and reaching the arrivals hall on level E0 (past the customs exit), first check your booking confirmation. Follow the signs "Ride App – Pick-up" only if that zone is explicitly named as your meeting point. Otherwise go to the stated meeting point, the arrivals hall on level E0 or the named car park.

Orientation in front of the terminal

If your booking confirmation names Meeting Point 3, leave the building and use two clearly visible reference points: Point A5 is to your right, while Point A6 with the bus stop is to your left. Your destination lies between these two points.

Good to know

The exact meeting point is shown in your booking confirmation and can vary by booking – frequently it is Meeting Point 3 in front of Terminal 1, but it may also be arrivals level E0, the marked "Ride App – Pick-up" zone or a nearby car park. To find your driver quickly, switch on your phone and use the contact and vehicle details provided in your confirmation email. Depending on the booking, an additional message may arrive after landing. Check your booking confirmation to see whether the driver waits inside the building or you should go to a pick-up zone. If Meet-and-Greet is included, look for a sign with your name. Depending on the booking, up to 90 minutes of waiting time from the scheduled arrival may be included at BER. For delays under 30 minutes, the pick-up time is usually adjusted automatically. For longer delays, use the contact details in your booking confirmation. The booking partner's terms remain decisive. Tip: you can check the current BER flight status on the airport's official website.
