In March the international tourism industry gathers for ITB Berlin. Tour operators, airlines, hotel chains, tourism boards and exhibitors from more than a hundred countries, most arriving by air and landing right at BER. That is where your transfer begins: you arrive, your driver waits with a name sign in the arrivals hall, and you ride at a fixed price straight to your hotel or the venue, with no need to worry about tickets or connections after a long flight.
Airport
transfer Berlin BER for a fixed price.
Private transfer to or from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) "Willy Brandt". Book online, meet your driver at the terminal, arrive relaxed.
A trade fair with international arrivals
Unlike pure public fairs, an especially large share of ITB visitors travel in from abroad. For you that means the airport transfer is often the very first leg in Berlin. A pre-booked transfer removes the uncertainty after a long-haul flight, particularly when you do not know the city or the language. Booking and confirmation are bilingual and an English-speaking transfer is a given.
For business travellers on a tight schedule
At ITB the days are fully booked: meetings every half hour, booth duty, evening events. A fixed-price transfer is predictable and punctual, regardless of whether a taxi happens to be free at the airport. You know the fare in advance and receive an invoice for your expense report on request. For the return to BER simply reserve a fixed pick-up time at the hotel.
For exhibitor teams and delegations
If you arrive as a booth team or country delegation, a minibus brings you together. The 7-seater from 91 euros covers small teams, and for larger groups there are vehicles with 10, 13, 16 and up to 19 seats, each at a fixed price per vehicle. Instead of waiting scattered across taxis at the terminal, the team travels together and arrives together.

From BER to the show and into the city
ExpoCenter City lies in the west of Berlin, around 40 to 55 minutes from BER. Many ITB hotels are in Mitte and the City West, and we take you straight there too. Your driver tracks the flight number and 90 minutes of waiting after landing are included, so even a delay after an intercontinental flight stays relaxed.
Fixed price and what is included
The price is set before booking, with no dynamic surcharges. Included are 90 minutes of waiting, the meet and greet with a name sign and free cancellation if flight times change. For international guests, the fixed pick-up with a name sign is the difference between arriving relaxed and searching in the crowd.
