Every January the International Green Week draws hundreds of thousands to the Berlin exhibition grounds. Agriculture, food and horticulture from around the world, plus the popular country halls and large crowds arriving with the whole family. In the middle of the Berlin winter a warm, pre-booked airport transfer is far more pleasant than changing trains with children and luggage in freezing cold. At a fixed price, with a set pick-up time and door-to-door pick-up.
Airport
transfer Berlin BER for a fixed price.
Private transfer to or from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) "Willy Brandt". Book online, meet your driver at the terminal, arrive relaxed.
Arriving in January: what matters
Green Week falls in the coldest and darkest part of the year. It gets dark early, snow or black ice can slow traffic, and flights are statistically delayed more often in winter. A transfer with flight tracking absorbs this: if your flight is late, the pick-up adjusts automatically, so you are not left waiting for a taxi in the cold. In winter, plan a bit more buffer than in summer.
For families and public visitors
Green Week is a genuine family fair with animal halls, tastings and hands-on stations. Travelling to BER and back with children, a taxi with a child seat is the safe choice, and the seats are included in the fixed price. With grandparents and kids, a minivan or the 7-seat minibus from 91 euros is far more relaxed than splitting across two vehicles. Just state the children age and weight when booking and the right seat is fitted.
For exhibitors and country delegations
Many exhibitors bring products, tasting goods and booth material, which needs storage space. For delegations, regional producer groups and booth teams a minibus is the obvious choice: ten seats from 286 euros, thirteen from 273 euros, up to nineteen from 312 euros, each a fixed price per vehicle. One bus instead of several taxis means the group arrives together and nobody gets lost at the terminal.

Book transfer now
From BER to ExpoCenter City
You reach the venue by the radio tower from BER in roughly 40 to 55 minutes, a little more in winter depending on weather. Most hotels for fair visitors are in the City West and Mitte, and we take you straight there too. 90 minutes of waiting after the scheduled landing are included in the fixed price, so even a delayed plane stays relaxed.
Fixed price and what is included
The price is set before booking, with no night or traffic surcharge. Included are 90 minutes of waiting, the meet and greet with a name sign and free cancellation. In winter especially, when plans can change due to weather, this flexibility is worth a lot. On request there is an invoice for a club, association or company.
