Flughafentransfer.Berlin operates exclusively a brokerage portal for airport transfer services. All transfer bookings offered on this website are processed via our partner Kiwitaxi.com. We are NOT a transport company and do NOT carry out transport services.

What this means:

We forward your booking requests to Kiwitaxi, who handles the booking with a local transport service provider.
The transport and booking contract is concluded between you and Kiwitaxi or the executing transport service.
We do NOT store any personal customer data on our servers.
We have NO direct access to your booking or payment data.
We are NOT responsible for the transport, payment processing or customer communication.

Pricing

You incur no additional costs through the brokerage on our website. The displayed prices correspond to the final prices of Kiwitaxi. We receive a commission directly from Kiwitaxi, which is already included in the final price.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website flughafentransfer.berlin and the brokerage of bookings to Kiwitaxi.com via this website. Flughafentransfer.Berlin is exclusively a broker and not a contractual partner for the actual booking or transport.

2. Brokerage and contract partner

When booking via our website, you are forwarded to the booking process of Kiwitaxi.com. The booking and transport contract is concluded exclusively between you and Kiwitaxi or the local transport service provider commissioned by Kiwitaxi. Flughafentransfer.Berlin is not involved in this contractual relationship.

3. Commission model

Flughafentransfer.Berlin receives a commission from Kiwitaxi via the affiliate network Travelpayouts for every successfully brokered booking. You incur no additional costs as a result. The displayed prices correspond to Kiwitaxi's final prices and are identical to the prices you would pay when booking directly on kiwitaxi.com.

The execution or quality of the transport service by Kiwitaxi or its subcontractors.
Delays, cancellations or damages during transport.

The processing of your personal data by Kiwitaxi or Travelpayouts.
Contractual disputes between you and Kiwitaxi or the transport service provider.
Price changes or availability problems caused by Kiwitaxi.

No guarantee can be given for the timeliness, accuracy or availability of these offers, as they are controlled and changed by Kiwitaxi. Changes by Kiwitaxi are not always transmitted to us simultaneously, so temporarily different or no longer valid offers may be shown.

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
