Several private addresses
If people board at different addresses, the driver sets a sensible route. The closer the addresses, the smaller the time and price surcharge. Widely separated stops extend the ride accordingly.
Hotel and office
A combination of hotel and business address is also possible, for example pickup at the hotel, a short stop at the office, then on to BER. Provide both addresses and the desired order.
A station as a stop
A stop at a station is handy when part of the group arrives by train and continues together. Allow a small buffer for boarding.
Order of pickups
The order determines driving time and arrival at the terminal. A route that avoids unnecessary detours is sensible. State who boards where and in which order, so the ride stays predictable.
