A booking only makes sense once the route, vehicle and displayed price fit the trip.
A wheelchair-accessible transfer requires precise planning. A large boot or plenty of seats does not automatically mean a vehicle is suitable for a wheelchair. What matters is the entry, the space, securing options, dimensions and the question of whether the travelling person remains seated in the wheelchair or can transfer to a seat.

Describe the mobility requirements as specifically as possible: manual or electric wheelchair, foldable or non-foldable, length, width and weight, possible transfer assistance, travelling in the wheelchair, rollator or other aids, as well as companions and suitcases.
"Wheelchair present" is not enough. A foldable manual wheelchair places different demands than an electric wheelchair that has to be secured during the journey.
A suitable vehicle must offer enough space, an appropriate entry and - where necessary - securing options. The actual availability depends on the route, time and provider. So do not simply book the largest visible vehicle class. State your requirements and use only a journey whose feasibility has been confirmed.
Pick-up at home and at BER
For pick-up at home, the exact address should be provided, including notes on access. If steps, an inner courtyard, a driveway or a doorbell label are relevant, this belongs in the booking. For pick-up at BER, the meeting point is given in the booking confirmation. Allow plenty of time after passport control and baggage reclaim.

Travelling with a companion
Companions need a regular seat and must be factored into the vehicle planning together with luggage and aids. With several people, a larger vehicle is often needed, even if the wheelchair itself is foldable.
Anyone travelling with children should specify child seats as well. They must not become a space problem only once you're on site.
The right checklist before the journey
Check before booking: Is the aid specified with exact dimensions? Is it clear whether transferring to a seat is possible? Are companions and luggage fully recorded? Has the vehicle's suitability been confirmed? Is the meeting point at BER documented? Are contacts reachable?
Can I travel to BER with a wheelchair? That depends on the wheelchair type, dimensions, mode of transport and vehicle availability. Prior individual confirmation is required.
