Berlin trade fairs and congresses
Most leading fairs such as IFA, ITB, Fruit Logistica and InnoTrans take place at ExpoCenter City below the radio tower, some congresses in the neighbouring CityCube. The ILA takes place at ExpoCenter Airport right next to BER. From BER to ExpoCenter City it is around 40 to 55 minutes depending on traffic; ExpoCenter Airport is only a few minutes from the terminal. Many fair hotels are in Mitte and the City West, and we take you straight there without changing.
How do we book the transfer? Enter your address or flight details, time and number of passengers, choose the vehicle class and confirm. You receive the licence plate and driver name by email.
Can we travel as a whole team? Yes, in a minibus for up to 19 passengers at the conditions shown in the booking form per vehicle.
How much luggage and booth material fits? Note bulky booth material in the booking comment and a class with enough storage is arranged.
How do we arrange the return? For the return after the fair closes or an evening event, book a fixed pick-up time. An invoice for accounting is available on request.
